We will teach basic wrestling fitness, agility, grappling, and more!

from 6pm-8pm
A guardian must be present with child during training times.

Participants must be between the ages of 13 and 17 during the entire class period
Participants guardian must  understand the risks associated with wrestling training and sign liability wavier.
A guardian must be present during the training periods; either in the building, or in the parking lot.
Participants must bring the following to every class:
Water
Clean athletic clothes
a towel for sweat
wrestling shoes, or clean athletic shoes
elbow pads and knee pads
Basic fitness moves (ie: pushups, squats, lunges, etc.) from a certified personal trainer
Tumbling basics, like forward and backwards rolls, 3/4 rolls, cartwheels, etc.
Safe grappling holds and techniques (ie. headlocks, wristlocks, chin locks, leg locks, etc.)
How to fall safely in the ring.
How to perform basic wrestling moves safely.
How to talk on the microphone in front of a crowd.
How to develop a wrestling character.
Class will always start exactly at 6pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow students time to get dressed and ready to start. If you do arrive late, we just ask that your child quickly and quietly come in and join us when they are ready.
Although we hope to see every student for all six classes, we understand that things can get in the way. It is not required that students make it to every class; however, we don't offer make up classes, nor do we offer refunds for classses not attended.
Ricky first started in professional wrestling in 2004, and has spent 21 years studying and learning the sport.
Became an assistant coach in 2015.
Opened OPWS in 2021 as a full time coach and full time professional wrestler.
First aid and CPR certified.
